Jay did an outstanding job replacing the weather stripping on my front door. The work was completed quickly, and the difference was noticeable immediately. The door seals much better now, and I am very happy with the service. Would gladly recommend her!

Had an issue with my dishwasher & put in a maintenance request. Jay responded to it swiftly & did a thorough job identifying the problem and working with me and her coworkers to get it addressed. I appreciated how communicative she was during the process explaining what she was checking and what the root issues were. Elliot and an assistant (didn't grab his name) also helped at points to confirm the problem and bring equipment. All were very friendly and professional! Unfortunately, despite the attempts to fix the issue, my machine needed to be replaced. Once that was determined, the broken one was removed & another brought in quickly after. Jay made sure the new one worked well and cleaned up the area after. All in all maintenance started around 930& ended a bit before 2p. Was impressed with the service and effort to make sure it was done right & i wouldnt need to call back. Best maintenance response I've had at the numerous apartments I've lived in.

I’m blown away by the service we received today. Just WOW. Our A/C was not cooling our apartment down and Jay Romani came to the rescue. Not only did Jay come to fix the issue swiftly, but also checked on the issue repeatedly until the A/C was fixed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Jay!!!
