I can’t say enough great things about this place and why you should make this your next move if you’re looking for a well maintained, scenic, and peaceful property. With the stunning staff to match! Bryn especially has been a gem to go to for any issues or concerns that may come up along the way. I’ve called this place my home for going on 8 years now and the only reason why I’m leaving is because we’re moving on to the home owning route. I urge anyone looking for great property to live to move here, you won’t regret it :)

I had a problem with some devices here at home, but the service was very quick after requesting maintenance. the technician, Eliuvir, responded quickly by resolving the existing defect, was super polite and respectful, in addition to not creating arguments for not doing the work. congratulations to Sonterra for the agility and to Eliuvir for education and efficiency.

I've enjoyed living at this community, and while the property itself is nice, my experience with the leasing office—particularly the property manager—was shockingly excessive and unprofessional. When I calmly asked for an incorrect charge to be removed from my account, I was met with hostility instead of basic assistance. The manager escalated the situation without reason, yelled at me to leave her office, and even terminated my lease renewal over a simple billing mistake. The regional manager later apologized to me and refunded the charge, but the level of overreaction and disrespect I experienced was truly beyond understanding. I hope no other resident is subjected to treatment like this.

I moved here in 2020 and just recently left in 2025 due to the rising rent, but honestly, this place has been amazing. I lived on the third floor in Phase 2 and never really had any major issues. I’d occasionally see a bug here and there, but never to the point that it became a real problem. The neighbors were great, and the staff was always helpful. Whenever I had a maintenance request for small things—like my water running too hot or the garbage disposal acting up—it usually took 2–3 days to be handled. For bigger issues, like my AC going out or a bathroom leak, they came the same day and fixed it right away, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d give this community an 8/10. A lot of people complain about the gate, but that’s only because it was damaged a couple of times by people running into it. Honestly, it’s a great place to live, and I’ve truly enjoyed my time here. Mizael was amazing and is very quick with his maintenance work. He has great communication skills and made sure to always knock before entering my apartment.10/10

The other day, I went to the leasing office because I was interested in an apartment, but all the leasing agents were busy. The manager handled my inquiry instead, and I have to say, even though I didn't end up renting, her professionalism and empathy were absolutely incredible. Her helpfulness, willingness to assist, and her command of her job are a true example of what a professional should be. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.
