Soco Park Apartments

The apartments are highly recommended and the atmosphere is very nice.

Don't live there a terrible experience for us. I left a bad review on another site about the manager and 2 days later I was given b.s. lease violations. Retailation at it's finest. Also you cannot enjoy a hot summer afternoon at the pool with some music, at a reasonable level because there is a stupid rule that you cannot have any music at all. And there will be no phone call or email about the rule break, it will be a lease violation on your door, which I wasn't expecting because I have never lived at another apartment complex that has that rule. Not fair at all. If you can avoid living there you should. The toilets don't flush all the way unless you hold them down for awhile not saving money on the water bill there. Emails from the manager rarely go answered. And she spoke to me like a child in her office one day which made me feel very uncomfortable.

The maintenance half time there not doing the job and they are way on the phone. Maintenance man don't keep up the trash around the property. The manager doesn't do there job because I keep hearing my neighbor stomp and run around all night.

So grateful to have found a home for the next few years! I did a TON of research to find a quiet, friendly space close to three major highways, and managed by professional staff. And what set SoCo Park from all the "rental chaos" process was interacting with Brittany and Martha. There are so many apartment communities in Austin that all have the same amenities (believe me, I've done the work). I was down to four complexes some offering more amenities, bigger pool, trash pickup, 8 weeks free etc. My final decision was based on the office staff--Brittany and Martha and limited interaction with maintenance staff. There's something different about how they operate, it's very warm and welcoming. A big thanks to the entire staff at SoCo Park! I love 💕 my new home!
