I love living here it like. Big family always greeted with love by britnay and if you have any issues she will get it fix .. Martha is a big contribution to the team always smile always ready to help jus amazing person .. maintance team when I say team work makes the dream work it them.. I'm. A big on my kids and there well being and my son recently been struggling with a hip and leg problem we are on the 3rd floor and my BBY can't make it up .. when I say I'm so greatfull for the staff I'm greatfull they all pulld it together and I will be moving to a first floor to commadate my son medical Issuse .. I will definitely recommend this property as loving family community thank you all so much .. and I referred a family member instantly approved they got 400 gift card and I will get a 750 gift card blessing on blessed I love it here thank you all I definitely appreciate the team ..

Martha is hands down one of the best parts of living at SoCo Park Apartments. She is friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. She always takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and follows through. It’s obvious she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Her professionalism and kindness make the community feel welcoming, and she truly goes above and beyond as an Assistant Manager.

I had a pretty good experience with Soco apartment homes my neighbors had been super respectful for the 3 years I have lived here and it’s been a mostly peaceful environment. I have had almost every complaint about something needing to be fixed in my apartment done immediately since the beginning of my stay. I loved living here great family home.
