Skyloft truly sets the standard for off-campus student living. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and in an unbeatable location—but what really makes Skyloft exceptional is the leasing staff and management team. From day one, the leasing staff has been professional, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They go above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and every concern is handled quickly and respectfully. You can genuinely tell they care about the residents and take pride in what they do. The move-in process was smooth, communication has always been clear, and any maintenance requests are addressed promptly. Management deserves major recognition for creating such a well-run, positive community. They maintain high standards while still being approachable and supportive. It’s rare to find a team this organized, attentive, and dedicated to making students feel at home. If you’re looking for off-campus housing in Austin with top-tier management and a staff that truly delivers, Skyloft is it.

I’ve had a great experience living at Skyloft in a 3x3 unit. The layout is spacious, and having my own bedroom and bathroom makes living here very comfortable. I especially love the strong water pressure and how quickly the water heats up, which makes daily routines so much easier. The location is super convenient: close to campus, restaurants, and downtown. The building is well maintained with great amenities. Management has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Overall, Skyloft has been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to students or anyone looking for housing near campus.

I’ve lived at Skyloft for about a year and will be renewing my lease. Overall, it’s a solid place to live, especially for the price. Compared to other West Campus options, rent here is relatively more affordable, which was a big factor for me. That said, Skyloft does lack some amenities compared to newer or more luxury buildings in the area. If having a rooftop pool, large gym, or lots of common spaces is a priority, this might feel a bit limited. One noticeable improvement has been management. Since the change in ownership over the past year, things have gotten better. Management has been more engaged, communication has improved, and they’ve started hosting more community events, which makes the building feel more welcoming.

Skyloft has honestly been a nice place to live. The building is nice, the amenities are standard, and the location is perfect for getting to campus without feeling like you’re on campus 24/7. The apartments are pretty comfortable and great for the price, and the staff is usually really helpful whenever something comes up. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi. It works most of the time, but there are random spots in the apartment where it gets really blotchy, which can be annoying when doing homework and especially making ft calls. Other than that, it’s been a great experience overall, and I’ve been recommending to friends and will continue to do so!

I’ve lived at Skyloft for the past two years in a 3x3, and I just renewed for a 4x4 next year—which should tell you a lot about how much I enjoy living here. Overall, my experience has been great. I feel safe on the property, and the building is well-maintained with solid security measures. The amenities are a major highlight. The gym, study spaces, and common areas are always clean and convenient, and they make day-to-day life really comfortable. Skyloft also does a great job creating a sense of community. They host frequent resident events—things like trivia nights, holiday celebrations, and other fun activities—that make it easy to meet people and feel involved. If you’re looking for a place with reliable management, great amenities, and an active resident community, I’d definitely recommend Skyloft. It’s been a great home for me, and I’m excited to stay another year.
