I’ve had two recent experiences with The Residences at 6G, and on both occasions, I was refused a tour. Rather than offering to schedule one for a later time, I was simply told to “just give us your information and we’ll call you later.” As a business professional, I found this level of service very disappointing. When someone is interested enough to visit in person, it’s a clear opportunity to make a strong first impression and showcase the property — unfortunately, that opportunity was missed twice. First impressions matter, and this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism or hospitality I would expect from a community of this caliber.

Hands down the best customer experience I've ever had. Nadia is a rockstar, and the concierge, leasing, and hospitality staff are all amazing. The building and the staff make you feel like you're living at a 5-star hotel instead of an apartment building. I've toured every ATX downtown high-rise and none of them can compare. Location and amenities are top-tier. The perks and events are unlike any I've ever heard of. Could not be more impressed and satisfied.
