Short old guy that works in admin rude as hell

Superb location, only blocks away from UT main campus, plenty of restaurants and marts nearby of walking distance. Not a crowded apartment building so it is always very quite. Most importantly, the rent is very affordable.

Super nice condo with great convenience - 7 min walk to UT campus, 30 sec walk to the nearest bus stop, 1 min walk to the nearest mart, and 3 min walk to a food truck court. Apart from the convenience, this apartment is super quite although it is located in the very vibrant west campus. The condo only has 13 units. Water and parking are free for tenants.
