Do not park in visitor parking and pay rent on time because of the discounted light bulbs that caused an indigenous driver to smash into the back of my car. I'm still waiting for that check to clear for the damages that he promised. I lived on the third floor for a year until they needed a raise. My air conditioner died and two maintenance men had to carry a 500lb. portable air conditioner to the third floor at 1a.m. The only good news about "that" location is the one hour walk to work and food. Leasing agent all smiles when raising my rent per month and we both wearing the same size top.. Looks like y'all know how to get and keep a man housed. I just need my job; the rent gifts are yours for your tax bill. I owe nothing to that property but a trip to the courthouse to enter a file for harassment. To the new buyer, leave me alone please.

Thankfully...lt's six minutes from my job. Most importantly Michelle and Bri have been amazing welcoming. I love free snacks and there always available. The space is great for the cost. Also it off the freeway but quite...which I love 😘 Side Note: It's a stray black cat that loves on everyone...if you like cats lol

Many of the recent reviews conveniently left out that the leasing office will give you a gift card if you leave a 4/5 star rating. I’m struggling financially as well, but I’m not inclined to be dishonest for one. Communication from the office consistently fell short of basic expectations. Although the leasing office stated it opened at 9AM, staff were frequently late. Within the unit I rented, dirt and hair were visibly trapped beneath layers of paint and caulk along the floors and baseboards. Instead of properly cleaning the surfaces, they had been painted and sealed over, leaving debris permanently embedded underneath. This made it impossible for me to truly clean the space. The condition of the unit required far more effort than any tenant should have had to put in. I understood that basic upkeep was my responsibility, but fixing obvious issues that should have been addressed before move in wasn’t. I had to seal cracks and gaps along the walls and floorboards myself in an attempt to keep spiders and cockroaches out. The window screens were not properly installed when I moved in, allowing outside drafts to enter the apartment. I ultimately sealed the windows completely because that felt more reliable than waiting for the issue to be corrected. The screen door also had a hole at the bottom where the outside was clearly visible. Drafts, rain, insects, and outside temperatures affected the interior as a result. These were not minor oversights; they were basic issues that should have been resolved before anyone moved in. Over time, I began noticing an increasing in cockroaches, and the situation was treated as though it were insignificant, expected or normal. While I do understand that pests can occur, the indifference shown was unacceptable. Cockroaches cause me significant fear and mental distress. I kept the apartment extremely clean. Sweeping and mopping weekly, leaving no food exposed, storing everything in airtight containers, washing dishes immediately, and didn’t keep any food trash in the unit. I rarely kept much food in the unit to begin with. When I expressed frustration and fear about the increase in cockroaches, the response from the office felt dismissive and out of touch. I put consistent effort into maintaining the unit and keeping it clean, so having those concerns brushed off as though they were normal or expected was unreasonable. I’ve had to fix some other issues that I feel should’ve been addressed before someone moved in as well. Above is to name a few that come to mind. Initially, I overlooked some of these issues because the price seemed reasonable compared to others in the area. I found other apartments at nearly the same price point that were maintained to a better standard. Prospective tenants should be advised to inspect their unit carefully and not rely solely on online ratings.

I've lived at Sage Hill Apartment Homes for many years because the value exceeds what the competition has to offer. The current staff does an excellent job and is always quick to remedy any issue that presents itself. I personally invite you to see for yourself.
