Thuy helped us for transferring the unit so smoothly! We absolutely loved her assistance, it was super time-efficient and everything was ready to go in clear order even thought we decided to contract the new unit little sudden. She also takes very good care of every maintenance request, which helped me a lot every time we have any inconvenience at home. Thank you so much for all your help!

The leasing team at Sabina are great to work with. I’ve had great experiences with Thuy and Vicki, they are hardworking, friendly and on top of their work. Sabina is a nice pleasant place to live, you don’t have to worry about safety or anything like that. Brenda and team worked with me to renew my lease in a pinch. The team even helped guide emergency services one time when they didn’t have to when I had a small emergency situation. The other residents seem to be respectable sound people. The Sabina is a solid place to rent at, I would definitely recommend!

My wife and I have been living at Sabina Apartments for nearly a year now, and we’ve had a truly great experience. The amenities are excellent, the living space is comfortable and well-maintained, and the price for what you get, especially in this location, is hard to beat. The location itself is incredibly convenient and makes day-to-day life easy. One of the standout aspects of living at Sabina has been the office staff. They are always attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Thuy, in particular, has consistently gone above and beyond whenever we’ve needed assistance. She is professional, friendly, and makes sure things are handled promptly, which really makes a difference. While we don’t personally know many of our neighbors, everyone we’ve encountered has been respectful and kind. From what I’ve seen, the community seems to consist mostly of student athletes, law students, and healthcare professionals from the nearby hospital, which contributes to a quiet, respectful, and professional environment. Overall, Sabina Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home. We’ve been very happy with our experience here and fully intend to renew our lease when the time comes. I would absolutely recommend Sabina to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located community with great amenities and exceptional staff.

I’ve lived at Sabina since 2023 and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Everyone is always so friendly. Staff members like Thuy, Rosa, Vicki, and Gustavo are incredible. They make me feel right at home. The amenities are great. There have been several renovations in the past few months (carpets, lights, exterior paint). I would highly recommend Sabina to anyone moving to Austin. :)

I’ve lived at Sabina for over three years, and I’ve loved it. The people who work here are amazing, from the front office to grounds&maintenance to management, everyone is super friendly and helpful. It’s in a great area next to other apartment complexes, neighborhoods and a dog park, and I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. Its proximity to UT (walking distance) is another huge plus for me. The amenities are also nice and pretty well kept. My only complaint is that occasionally the elevators and barbecues go out of service, but they’re pretty good about trying to get stuff up and running as soon as possible.
