Every since Ms.Casandra & Sarah been in the office the apartments has did a 360. She goes above in beyond to make sure residents are treated fairly and making it worth living here . Cant forget Adeline as well! Good group of ladies

Just want to take the time to thank all the staff for help the whole apartments out with food gift card for all the food that was wasted and warm blankets even put us in a hotel when they could and as for all the food that ppl helped us by donating food for us to eat as well and the charter buses that came out for us to keep warm and charge yall are really appreciate it

I’m super greatful and love the management Cassandra ,Adeline and their team did such a great job when we had the unexpected power outage, they were incredibly helpful and truly showed how much they care about their residents. They kept us informed, checked in on everyone, and did everything they could to support us during that stressful time. It really meant a lot to feel taken care of and and even helped for after. Thank you to the whole team for going above and beyond for us your efforts did not go unnoticed!

I had a bad experience with living there, made it there a little over a yr and had the hardest time with getting things fixed and repairer. Problem with the AC unit, and finally got a window unit that wasn't placed right that I believe left a Crack in my wall that now I'm being build for, it was so much wrong with that apt like mold and mushrooms, sent pictures and no one acknowledged it, I had mildew on the ceiling it was ignored, my dishwasher had mildew in it. I was told to just run it with bleach, I had my dishes mildewing in there, it stopped working properly, some days it would just be unhooked from whatever that made it run or if it ran it wouldn't wash the dishes and the soap would be gone, Even the neighbors after a while started saying that everyone that lived in that unit had issues and since it's so many different managers no one knows who has said what or did what and now I'm being told I owe over 2000 in damages and cleaning, it wasn't even properly cleaned when I moved in. The make ready looked like someone laid tile on top of trash and even maintenance said the floors wasn't done right and the floors would leak right in the middle. We had a maggot problem and no one came to spray or even responded.

Worst management I have ever met. They can not keep a manager.when you tell one manager of income change they lose it and boom you get slapped with 3000 you owe from a new manager my wife and I have signed the same papers for over 4 almost 5 months now saying we work at certain places when we don't. Even if we give them the places personal number. We pay rent just for them to come up with more things to pay. Because nobody they hire does there job correctly. It's been 80 degrees in the apartment for months. My mother in laws apartment is disgusting due to them hiring cheap people to fix things. It is completely unacceptable how she is living. I try recording my conversation with management because I know they will put another letter on my door for the same thing 2 weeks later. But she told me I was not aloud to record my conversation. I told her I will call the news to show them how my mother in law is living she said she will have them escorted off the property. Never in my life have I dealt with a more conniving more sneaky, cheap groups of people in my life. It can not be legal the things they are doing here. And how hush hush they want to keep us. We get caught up with rent we will still get slapped with another mangers mistake. I have plenty of pictures and videos to show how wrong these people are. Something needs to be done this can not be legal
