Our experience at The Retreat On The Hill was such a beautiful experience!! I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. Whenever we needed help with something, Greg would respond immediately, no matter the time and he even came to help us a few times as well! The views were beautiful! Restaurants had great food. All around 100/10 experience, will come back to visit when it gets warmer out!

Staying at the Retreat on the Hill was such a uniquely wonderful experience. I needed a weekend of peace and I absolutely got a serene and peaceful experience with ROTH. Looking at the stars at night from the comfort of a bed felt otherworldly and magical. Listening to the birds from the porch with a lake view helped escape the chaos of the work week. ROTH set up the most beautiful and romantic greeting for us for our anniversary as well and it felt picture perfect…complete with roses, rose petals, balloons, champagne, marquee sign with my words on it, and a rose teddy bear to top it all off. Perfect space to reconnect and enjoy some peace. Greg was amazing, responsive, and incredibly kind at a time when I needed kindness. I can’t wait to go back!

Our glamping stay was incredible! The mirror house was cozy and spotless, with all the comforts of home while still feeling close to nature. We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise and relaxing by watching our favorite movies on the projector at night. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience effortless and memorable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a perfect mix of adventure and comfort!

My stay at The Retreat on the Hill was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking 360° views of the Texas Hill Country — it truly feels like you’re on top of the world. The setting was peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a couple’s escape just about an hour from Austin. Greg was super friendly and attentive, and check-in was smooth and easy. The whole experience felt like a true escape from the everyday — quiet, relaxing, and truly rejuvenating. We loved our time there and already can’t wait to come back to try a different suite and explore more of the Hill Country! Highly recommend this place for couples, anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a peaceful weekend retreat. 💫

The rooms and scenery are breath taking. Very clean. Thoughtful gifts left in the room for guests. Fun little games included in some of the suites. We even extended our stay an extra day it was just such a great place to hangout. There's a park with tennis courts and yard games, a café bar with food and coffee and small little events on the camp grounds and plenty to do in the neighboring towns which are close by. Very family and pet friendly. We will definitely be returning.
