Amanda has been absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feelwelcomes and taken care of. She is warm, patient, and genuinely committed to making residents feel at home. Whenever I've needed anything Amanda has gone above and beyond to find a solution and always with a smile. It's clear she cares deeplyabout the community and the people who live here.

Just moved into the Railyard from across the country (Virginia). They made the process very smooth even though I needed to rush the process, and the staff has been helpful in every way! Thank you Railyard team!

Amazing Place with an Incredible Team! My experience at Railyard has been amazing so far! The complex itself is a cool old school style. The maintenance team is outstanding—always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely cool people to be around. They go above and beyond to address any issues. They have been renovating the apartments and updating the grounds for a little while, so its not always perfect, but the team works hard to address issues as they find them. The manager is also fantastic—kind, understanding, and truly cares about the residents. You can tell they take the time to listen and make sure everyone feels at home. If you’re looking for a great place to live with an amazing staff, Railyard is the place to be!

The Railyard was my worst rental experience in Austin. Misrepresented as a "luxury" community, it was neither well-maintained nor properly staffed. **Staff & Maintenance:** - Minimal staffing: A part-time manager with slow response times. - The only maintenance worker (that was awesome despite the hand he's dealt) was forced to close tickets prematurely to meet SLAs. - Persistent unresolved issues requiring multiple follow-ups. **Property Condition:** - Unkempt grounds, frequent pest issues, and neglected common areas. Only one of the fountains is in working order, and the rest are kept dry to prevent damage to internal units. - Promised "renovated" units lacked essential quality control. - Mismatched appliances, broken fixtures, missing hardware, and mold in the HVAC system. **Move-In Experience:** - The unit was not ready for occupancy. - Nonfunctional refrigerator for a month, leaking drains, and unusable thermostat. - Excessive electricity costs due to inefficiencies. I accelerated my home purchase to leave early, but was still charged termination fees and concessions. The advertised luxury standard is misleading--avoid this property or risk being driven out and left to eat the cost! Readily the most expensive mistake I've made in my entire life.
