I’ve had a great experience living at Radius on Grove. The building is modern, clean, and really well maintained. The amenities are a huge plus — from the fitness center to the common areas, everything feels thoughtfully designed and comfortable. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. What truly makes this property stand out, though, is the incredible property manager. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the community running smoothly. It makes a big difference knowing management is attentive and approachable. Overall, I highly recommend Radius on Grove to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live.

I don’t recommend renting in these units. The management is terrible, and the maintenance and security are appalling. I was recommended to rent here and I totally regret it in the short time I've been in this location. The rental fee is $14 for damages, which they don't mention when they arrive. In my opinion, one star. And fewer important rules for everything. But the manager is always smoking on the office stairs, what a bad impression.

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent leasing office. I followed up for over six months about a specific floor plan after touring twice and repeatedly asked to be notified when it became available. My information was either never saved or completely ignored. When the unit finally became available on the website, I immediately called, but a leasing agent initially tried to hide it by claiming it was unavailable despite it being listed online. And shortly after the call, I was informed that the unit was given to a current resident after the leasing office alerted them I was about to apply. Rather than acknowledging these issues or taking the necessary steps to prevent them from happening again, management dismissed all concerns and claimed this was my first inquiry and then denied any prior communication or tours despite clear email proof. This proves that it was either a deliberate misrepresentation or clear negligence in saving guest records, either way that shows lack of responsibility and competence. This kind of practice is highly unethical and shows favoritism, and it raises concerns about discrimination and fair housing violations. Very disappointing experience.

I have been living here for over 6 months now and I’ve had a wonderful time. The complex is very clean and any maintenance request are handled promptly. The actual apartments are so cute and the natural light is a big plus! Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking(:

I've lived here for four years and counting. It's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I love the electronic door locks--it's so nice to unlock my front door without needing a key. My ceiling is super high and makes the place feel big. The trees and the creek running through it are beautiful, and it feels isolated from the busy city streets nearby. Covered parking (paid), valet trash, an Amazon drop box, a solid workout room, a dog park, a pickleball court with lights, lots of wildlife (hawks, rabbits, squirrels, and even a coyote once!). The gates do a great job of keeping homeless people out. It's not without issues, but maintenance is very responsive, and management seems to care.
