Madison was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire leasing process. I had to move in on short notice and she made sure I had all the leasing information I needed right away. She went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress free. She’s also incredibly responsive, attentive, and always willing to answer any questions quickly. I truly appreciate her support. Thank you Madison!

Management was good when Madison was working but now the coffee machine is always empty, the printer is always empty, the study rooms are out of commission and there is never anyone responding to these complaints. Edit: madison is back as management, she is great. And all of these complaints from a year ago are better.

Point North Austin is a great spot near UT Austin. The modern apartments come with stainless steel appliances and in-unit washers and dryers. You'll enjoy top-notch amenities like a fitness studio, business center, and outdoor courtyard. The highlight is definitely the exceptional staff, especially Madison, who ensures all your needs are met with a friendly touch. Despite being centrally located, it's surprisingly peaceful. Everything's well-maintained, making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommend it! 😊

I recently visited Point North Austin and had an amazing experience! The venue itself is beautiful, with a modern yet welcoming atmosphere that really makes you feel at home. What made my visit even better was the exceptional service from Madison. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, providing helpful recommendations and answering all my questions with a smile. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and thoughtful, and she truly made my experience stand out. Highly recommend Point North Austin—such a great spot, and Madison really adds a special touch to the visit

Do not live here. Don’t even consider living here. Yeah, it’s close to campus and in north campus, which is supposed to be calmer and more peaceful than west campus. This place is not. This place will make you wish you re-signed at your overpriced 4x4 in west campus. The mail delivery situation is absolutely horrible, myself and others have had multiple packages stolen (their system is that delivered are left on the table in the lobby, and management “routinely” collects them and drops them off to residents). That leads into the second problem. On-site management is non existent. They “picked” my delivery up which was my new ID, and then it took another 3 extra weeks for it to reach me. So they will collect your packages and hold on to them. The walls are not sound proof. I repeat. The walls are not sound proof. And the cherry on top is that you will sign a lease until July 31st, but they will kick you out of your apartment on July 20th so that “preparations for the next tenants can be made”. That’s not how a lease agreement works (if the the apartment is paid for under contract until July 31, then the apartment belongs to you until July 31). Don’t sign a lease here, and if you do, be sure to closely read every single letter on the leasing agreement.
