It has been an absolute pleasure living at this community. The property is consistently well maintained, and the maintenance team is the most friendly and communicative I’ve ever experienced—requests were always addressed promptly. The office staff is fantastic and consistently responsive; communication was clear, and I always felt informed and heard. The fixtures and flooring are beautiful, and the community itself feels welcoming and enjoyable. The gym and pool are well kept and easy to enjoy. A special shout-out to Emily—she’s always a friendly and familiar face. She made us feel considered and really the reason we signed here. I truly believe this team deserves to be treated with respect and kindness—it goes a long way, and they clearly care about the residents and the work they do. Please continue providing the level of service your team delivers. I will absolutely continue recommending this property to others.

I lived here for about 15 months and the experience was generally good overall. There were a few things that made living here pretty difficult. I lost my hot water for about a week and the internet would go in and out for me every few days for about a 3 month period. I had to open up about 10 different tickets with sky dawson ( the internet provider). I lost power for about 3 days once and it was in the middle of the summer so all of my food and everything had gone bad. But I will say the team when I first moved there was awesome and so helpful. I am not sure if Katie Peery is still there but she is so sweet and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is also so sweet and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I could get past everything bad I mentioned but the one thing that would never make me live here again is the parking. If you are trying to find a spot anytime after 6-7pm Godspeed.... And the towing is very strict. There are just not enough spaces in this building to accommodate the property.

Love living at Perch. The team is friendly and easy to work with, and it really feels like a community here. Plus it’s super pet-friendly, which makes a big difference. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love it here. My move in experience was the best I've ever had. Emily and Patrick went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I was driving from CA, was running late and Emily stayed later after hours to make sure I was able to get my keys. The service team is really efficient, I had a sink service requests and they came out immediately to fix a minor issue. I love the amenities. I've got a dog so the dog park for us was a must, it's clean, well kept and the dogs and people are really friendly. The unit it's self is cute, clean, new and very homie. 10/10 genuinely.

We’ve called Perch home for two years, living in two different apartments (both in Building 3), and it’s been a great experience all around. The units are clean and modern with high ceilings and solid appliances. Common areas like the hallways, gym, and pool are always clean and well-maintained. Maintenance responds quickly and gets everything fixed right the first time. Katie, Emily, John, and the entire staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and on top of things. It’s one of the most dog-friendly communities we’ve ever lived in—our dachshund loved the dog park and pet spaces. While some reviews mention hearing neighbors, we never had that issue in either unit, and we always felt safe and at peace here, day or night. Even though we’ve now moved somewhere new, we’ll still be coming back regularly to visit Golden Hour and say hi to the staff. Thank you, Perch team—highly recommended!
