James was amazing during our tour. He is incredible with his knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. He showcased every beautiful amenity the Paseo offered and more. I felt so welcomed by James, the security staff, and with the coffee shop. The apartment was beautifully laid out and has the best views of the Austin city. Highly recommend checking out the Paseo as your new home!

Without a doubt, this building is phenomenal. All of the curated art, the gym, the amenities - it is a gem, but it’s truly the staff that makes it the best! I absolutely love working with Eddie. Will update upon move out - While the move itself came together quickly, now that I’m officially settling into my dream home, I can honestly say this community has been incredibly transparent, supportive, and welcoming. A huge thank you to Eddie Dubon, who guided me through the entire application process and helped navigate my move-in date with ease. From day one, everything has gone overall smoothly, and the overall community atmosphere has been wonderful. Every person I’ve encountered has been kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in creating a positive environment. As a single mom, safety and comfort are always top priorities. I’m happy to say that my son and I feel completely safe, comfortable, and at home here. I truly hope this positive sense of community continues throughout our time at Paseo. Thank you for creating such a welcoming place to call home.

Paseo is one of a kind! I had the pleasure of touring with James I. & was provided with exceptional customer service. He had the answer to everything I asked. He knows the Paseo like the back of his hand. You can tell he really enjoys his job & that shines through. The Paseo has great floor plans & the amenities are even better! Whether you are looking for an amazing gym, or a coffee bar downstairs, Paseo has it ALL. They even have a basement area that isn’t open that will add even more to the already amazing community. Definitely take a look at this community & see the greatness for yourself!

I recently relocated from Orange County to Austin for work and chose Paseo without being able to visit in advance. From the beginning, the entire team provided outstanding service and made the move smooth and stress-free. Everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. A special thanks to Eddie for his help throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. Beyond the exceptional service, the building itself is beautifully designed with a unique and artistic character that truly sets it apart. The experience feels more like living in a boutique, five-star hotel than an apartment community. I am very grateful to the entire Paseo team and highly recommend this property to anyone relocating or seeking a thoughtfully designed community with excellent service.
