Palo Verde

I went to the leasing office. They told me they only have self guided tours which felt strange given how much they are charging in rent. So I told the agent/ employee there I am not interested and requested to delete my personal info..I left. Immediately I get a text saying a self guided tour has been scheduled!!!!! And then I get emails asking me how the tour went! This is what happens when leasing offices rather rely on gadgets and tech than human connection or personable customer service.

We moved into the Palo Verde apartments in November 2025 and have been so happy living here. The office staff, McKenzie and Andrea, have been so helpful and friendly. They are patient and answer every question we have with a quick response. The maintenance crew has been superb. They are extremely responsive and have resolved any request we have made. It’s a great place to live!

I was able to tour two different units near the end of the year. Within a week of making my decision, I was already able to move-in by that next week. Amazing process, three different apps concerning access to gate & fitness center… McKenzie & Andrea King at the leasing office were extremely helpful & kind hearted. I appreciate the quick response to everything & the clear directions helping me every step of the way.

I absolutely love living in this apartment! From the start, it felt like the perfect fit. The unit itself is bright, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, and the entire property is always clean and beautifully maintained. One of my favorite parts of living here is the pool area – it’s such a relaxing and well-kept space, perfect for unwinding on a sunny day. The community is also incredibly dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. There’s a fantastic dog park on-site where my pup gets to run around and socialize, and it’s clear that this place was designed with pet owners in mind. The front office staff are wonderful ( Kelcee, Andre, & Mckenize) always kind, welcoming, and eager to help with anything. Whether it’s a package question or a maintenance request, they handle things quickly and with a smile. The neighbors are friendly, the atmosphere is peaceful, and I feel truly safe and at home here. I can’t recommend this apartment enough – it’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and community.

I lived at Palo Verde for 13 months, and it’s easily one of the best apartment complexes I’ve experienced in terms of price and performance. The management is truly exceptional—honestly, the best I’ve ever seen. Every time I needed maintenance, they addressed it immediately, no matter how small the issue. McKenzie and Andrea were always quick to assist and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. The amenities are top-notch. The gym and pool are fantastic, and their package system is flawless. They have secure lockers for deliveries, and I never worried about stolen packages. Plus, the convenience of their smart system, where you can unlock your door and control the AC from your phone, is such a cool and modern feature. The apartment complex itself is incredibly quiet—I never heard any noise or had issues with neighbors. For pet owners, there’s a large dog park and beautiful trails right by the property, which are perfect for walks. The entire place feels safe, peaceful, and well-maintained. Overall, the management deserves more than 5 stars for their responsiveness and care, and the amenities and overall experience make the apartment a solid 5 stars. The only reason I moved out was because of work, but if I had the chance, I’d absolutely live there again!
