Don’t rent here if you can avoid it. The complex has a serious cricket and gnat infestation that seems to be everywhere, and management’s response was that it was my responsibility even though I moved in a week ago. My experience has been very disappointing, and I would strongly recommend finding a different place to live for peace of mind because this has been damaging to my mental health personally.

If you are looking for painfully unresponsive management and an absolute nasty attitude over the phone just from trying to get a hold of them, this is the perfect company for you! I was yelled at (literally yelled at over the phone by a grown man named Calvin) for leaving 2 messages about an urgent A/C repair. He said: "YOU DON'T NEED TO CALL ME 18 TIMES!!!!" All we needed from him was an access code to the roof so that our own contractor could access the a/c unit. It is up to 105 degrees outside everyday, and it took this man 4 days to even get a response. There is no communication whatsoever. To Calvin, who hurt you? Why is it so hard for you to be a decent human being? Let alone do your job correctly. Please use your inside voice next time on the phone.

Individual owners, so choose your landlord wisely. Personally had a clean, incredibly well located place with great amenities and a well laid out interior. Responsive maintenance when needed, which was minimal, and nothing beats being walking distance to LITERALLY everything. Its no luxury high rise, but it sure beats most student/grad student/campus/downtown living.

The tenant service is very bad. They expect you to do everything yourself. It is dirty around here too. If you can find other place do that!
