Tools have been stolen from my truck twice. I hope to find the culprit or get more information, and I'm sure the person who steals lives in the same condominiums. I think people are just watching to see what they can steal, so be very careful with your belongings, cars, and everything else.

I live here from 2024 to mid 2025. During my time i had multiple leaks from my upstairs neighbors that leaked down ruining the walls. I called and had maintenance come to fix the issues and all they would do is put a giant loud fan in my apartment for over a month. They didnt fix the issue because every other month after that i had similar leaks coming from upstairs. Putting my health at risk by being in an apartment that was definitely growing mold. Now more than 6 months later they are sending companies after me for cleaning fees that are completely unlawful to charge outside of 30 days from me moving. I left no trash and no damage yet they want more of my money. They force you to pay for things like “fetch” or a trash person when there are dumpsters all over the property and half the time they would leave my trash can thrown halfway down the hallway. This apartment complex is going to try to extort you for extra money despite me never missing a payment. Shame on them. They are required to make sure their apartments are ready for the next people to move in and not the previous tenants. They should know better.

OJ from maintenance was helpful and professional. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and made sure the issue was taken care of before leaving. He was respectful and easy to communicate with unlike previous maintenance workers. Overall, a good experience with him!

The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The landscaping is gorgeous and so are the amenities as well - very thoughtfully designed! The staff is friendly and helpful and the residents are friendly and kind.

I moved in here over a year and a half ago and I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough! I love the location(keep in mind crime knows no zip code). They're super responsive via email (thank you Alejandra!) and maintenance(OJ is the only one who introduced himself and is amazing) requests are always completed so quickly. I've had issues with other residents being loud and they were quick to help with resolving that issue.
