I strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice. My experience with this property management has been extremely disappointing. Management is unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to properly address tenant concerns. Several units, have had ongoing issues that were never fully resolved. There have been serious concerns about mold and other maintenance problems that were either dismissed or handled inadequately. Living in a place where basic health and safety concerns are not treated with urgency is incredibly frustrating. Communication from management is poor, and when issues are brought up, there is little accountability or transparency. As a tenant, you should feel heard and supported. I would not recommend moving here unless a new property management took over. Do your research before taking cheap rent.

I lived in this community for going on almost 2 years. The first year that I lived here was absolutely fantastic, then they got new management, and all new people in the office. Things changed. The new manager isn’t so nice, and definitely favorites Some of the residents. This past weekend The apartment complex has literally sent out Residence information including first name last name, phone numbers apartment number how much they pay on the rent and other personal information, TO THE WHOLE COMMUNITY VIA EMAIL! This is so extremely unprofessional, makes me question if my information is SAFE here. Clearly it is not! The cops are in here EVERYDAY. There are always kids fighting, and parents encouraging the children to fight. This is not a safe neighborhood for kids at all. But after this weekend when they LEAKED the info of many residents, I now WANT TO MOVE. I feel like I have absolutely no choice! This place is not safe in anyway, hoping they will allow the resident information that they leaked to be able to get out of their lease to move somewhere where they confidently feel their information is secured! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The “owners” never sent an email back to me. So not only is the office staff trash, but the owners don’t seem to care at all. Even though they commented. 😂

Maintenance is great, but leasing and especially management have been a huge disappointment. I was charged rent on the 1st even though I had already moved out, and now it’s the 9th and I still haven’t been refunded!! I gave my forwarding address when I moved out and two more times after that since Kim kept asking for it. She said I'd get an overnight check since the charge couldn’t be reversed, but she never sent confirmation and then left for vacation. After hearing nothing, I emailed her assistant Valerie and got no reply. When I called, she said she couldn’t help until Kim returned. Valerie did give me a tracking number for the partial deposit refund, but not for the incorrect rent charge Kim promised to overnight. Then I was told there’s no record of the wrong charge and was told to dispute it with my bank, which I already tried and is not an option. I’ve asked several times for emails for accounting or corporate and still haven’t been given anything. I also emailed their support address, the one they share in replies to reviews, and got no response!! To make it worse, Kim gave me two different deposit refund amounts. First she said $180, then changed it to $265 with an invoice. They also charged nearly $200 for carpet cleaning, even though the apartment was spotless. No food or drinks were ever allowed in the bedrooms, and I didn’t allow shoes inside since I have a 9-month-old who crawls. They are taking advantage of residents during move-out. Maintenance is the only good thing about this place, but after being wrongly charged over $1,500 and dealing with unprofessional staff and poor communication, I would not recommend leasing here!! UPDATE: I have called the office multiple times to collect the remainder of my deposit since Kim is still unresponsive. I spoke with Ashley who was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me. She refused to give me the regional managers contact number, email, and wouldn’t even tell me her name.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve noticed that many tend to be posted when someone doesn’t get their way and wants to share negative feedback. I’d like to highlight my positive experience instead. My leasing and move-in process with the office staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful, and both Kim and Valerie went above and beyond by staying after closing to ensure everything was finalized for me. Before choosing this community, I toured several other apartments, but what ultimately convinced me to lease here was the warm and welcoming staff. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel valued—even offering me a bottle of water before my tour. I'm happy to call this place home.

3/4/2025 Makes a year since I moved in. I was actually one of the FIRST residents here. It’s been a joy seeing folks moving in. Knowing they’re enjoying their units much as I am. THEY ARE VERY BEAUTIFUL. The pictures do NO JUSTICE. Tatiana ✨ She is everything. Saw me through the process from the first phone call. Sasha, Brandy, Kim. Beautiful , kind ladies. Best place to live.
