I lived here for 6 years and cannot recommend it enough. It’s affordable, charming, and the neighbors are friendly. Management is great and always responded quickly to any maintenance requests. Would 100% recommend Oak Grove or any spearhead property to a friend.

The neighbors are lovely, and the staff/team is exceptional (friendly, responsive, helpful, understanding... everything you could want from property management). I met a few other tenants who had lived here in the past, and then returned to live here again, which says a lot!

Lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it. Location is amazing, its a quiet development, and Management and maintenance were great and always very responsive.

Lived here for 3 years Pros: great price, great location, neighbors were all super nice, maintenance is quick and responsive, pool is well maintained, there's a bus stop right outside, so very convenient to get downtown Con: Sometimes, if you listen real close, you can hear an over excited person yell out "woooo!". Not sure if they lived there or not, but it would happen any time between 6p and 2a. Maybe it's more of a pro.

I lived at Oak Grove for about 18 months, great location (minutes away from Zilker) and downtown). Very quiet & great pool. I am traveling abroad for a year.....I plan on moving back to this property when I return.
