I've lived at this apartment complex for the past 14 months, and my experience has been disappointing. The leasing office staff are unprofessional and rude, particularly the managers, who seem to lack proper training. On the other hand, the maintenance team is fantastic—helpful, professional, and always pleasant. The safety of the complex is a significant concern. Car break-ins are a daily occurrence, and there have even been instances . Upon moving out, we meticulously cleaned the apartment, leaving it in better condition than when we moved in. Nevertheless, they charged us a cleaning fee and took our deposit. When we questioned this, they said we were supposed to inform them via email about our cleaning efforts, which seems absurd since they wouldn't waive the fee just based on our word. Overall, my experience with this apartment complex has been marred by poor management, safety issues, and unfair practices.

I have had a very disappointing experience with the management at this property. The manager unprofessional when concerns are raised. Maintenance requests take far too long to be addressed. When I spoke with the manager about the delays, I was told they were short-staffed after renewing contracts and replacing the previous maintenance team, which did not resolve the ongoing issues. What was especially frustrating is that I was told maintenance would only prioritize one bathroom because my apartment has two. The response was essentially to wait and use the other bathroom, which felt dismissive and showed a lack of concern for basic tenant comfort. Delaying essential repairs and minimizing tenant concerns does not align with general housing habitability standards outlined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which emphasize timely maintenance of essential facilities. Overall, poor management attitude and slow maintenance response have made living here very unpleasant. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting professionalism and reasonable upkeep.

I lived at this apartment for over 2 years and I absolutely loved it. The quality of the apartment was amazing for that price. Maintenance usually responded in a timely manner. I had no bigger issues with amenities breaking down, no bugs whatsoever even if I left a little bit of food on the counter. The neighborhood is peaceful and the patios are amazing, especially the ones on the corner are huge. Shoutout to Ricey, the manager - she did an incredible job. Always helpful and friendly. I recommend this complex 100%

I’m an apartment locator, and I recently had the pleasure of touring Northland with my client. Ricie B., the Assistant Property Manager, was incredibly welcoming and made the entire experience enjoyable for both of us. Her professionalism, warmth, and knowledge really made this process go as smooth as possible. My client absolutely loved the community and decided to apply the same day. He was approved in just two days and is moving in today! He’s so excited to call Northland home, all thanks to Ricie! I look forward to working with this property again!

I’ve been in my apartment since last October and honestly it’s my first lease ever. I was incredibly nervous but I toured the property and worked with Terri and got approved and signed a 10 month lease. The apartment is well laid out and the high ceilings make it feel so open and my one bedroom has been perfect for just me! Maintenance has been lovely and worked on any issues within a couple of days of placing a request (which you can do online at anytime). Everyone who works here has been friendly and so lovely. I’ve had some employment issues as many of us have and they’ve been great about working out arrangements to help me pay my rent. Brad is another person that helped me recently he was so sweet and prompt. Genuinely I would love to stay here another year! I’m hoping my employment situation allows for it🖤 The community is family oriented and I feel safe here. My neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves but are friendly when we pass coming in and out. They are also pet friendly! I dog sit and I paid the pet deposit and they had no issues with me pet sitting as long as that was paid, plenty of cleaning stations for picking up behind your pets. I’ve been really stoked about being here! Edit to add: I’ll be looking at Northland sister properties for when my lease ends to try and maybe downgrade to a studio for finances, but for location and service I’m not leaving if I can avoid it!🤣🙏🏻
