Read this before moving to North Creek. We moved in May 2023, and at first everything was great. The property was clean, the amenities were nice and well maintained, and the staff at that time was friendly and approachable. The maintenance team was always helpful and willing to assist. Before we moved out, there were two management changes, and unfortunately that was the worst thing that could have happened to this place. Little by little, the property started to decline. The new office staff was unhelpful and rude, often yelling at residents from inside the office instead of actually helping. Emails were never answered. There is a serious trash problem, to the point where there is a mouse infestation, especially near buildings 10, 11, and 12. In January 2025, mice nested inside our car and chewed through the engine wiring, which resulted in a very expensive repair. The access gate worked for a total of only five days during the entire time we lived there. The pool and common areas became increasingly dirty. People did not respect the guest limits at the pool, and loud music was constantly played, even during quiet hours. When we decided to move out, my husband sent the required 60-day notice by email, but we never received a response. We were only supposed to pay for the remaining days since our lease was ending. After another management change, they had no record of our notice. On the day we returned the keys, we informed them we were moving out, and the person at the front desk had no idea. When my husband checked the resident portal, he saw that we had been charged a full month’s rent, when we only owed 8 days. He called multiple times and sent emails, but never received an explanation. We had to go back in person. They told us they would fix it, but it took an entire month, and during that time they even attempted to charge us late fees for a payment that should never have been billed. It’s really sad to see how a place that used to be so nice has been allowed to decline, and that upper management has done nothing to improve the quality of living or customer service for residents.

I moved into North Creek Apartments in May 2019. And I truly have seen a decline quickly. The mail room is atrocious. I would be as ashamed even showing anybody that mailroom . If I had to walk my dog at night I was so afraid that would carry a knife. And they supposedly have a security staff. I see they have some real high review ratings. How is it possible where are these people moving from? I moved out in November.

Since the complex came under new ownership, the overall quality of living has noticeably declined. Communication is poor, with emails and maintenance requests often going unanswered. The property itself is not being adequately maintained—there is a significant amount of dog waste throughout the complex, which reflects a lack of oversight and care. Security has also been inconsistent. The entrance gates have only functioned for brief periods during the years I’ve lived here, most recently for just a few days. When they were activated, residents received no notice, which led to unnecessary confusion and disruption. Additionally, during winter weather there appears to be no plan in place to salt or maintain walkways to ensure resident safety. I have also had personal items stolen from outside my front door. Overall, this no longer feels like the safe, well-managed community I moved into in 2023. If you are considering living here, I would strongly encourage you to think carefully. The apartments themselves are fairly decent for the price, and they are reasonably well insulated, though you will regularly hear neighboring units. Rent for new residents has dropped by about $200 per month, while current tenants continue to pay higher rates despite the declining level of service and support. This is disappointing, as North Creek was once a genuinely pleasant place to live with friendly, responsive staff who cared about residents. Unfortunately, the current management appears far more focused on filling vacancies than on maintaining the community or retaining long-term tenants.

As a real estate agent, I’m very selective about the properties I refer — I only send clients to places I would personally live in, and North Creek Apartments is absolutely one of them. The moment you arrive, you can feel the difference. The community is welcoming, well cared for, and genuinely feels like home. The service here is outstanding and the communication is excellent. Every step of the process is clear, organized, and easy, which makes moving so much less stressful. You always feel supported and taken care of. A huge thank you to Robin, Rachel, Layla, and Abbey for creating such a great experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set this community apart. As a Willow Bridge Property Company community, North Creek Apartments sets the standard for how properties should be run. I confidently recommend this community to renters and fellow agents alike. If you’re looking for a place that feels right from day one, this is it. Alex Giangreco All City Real Estate

My fiancé and I recently moved in and were pleasantly surprised with how accommodating and helpful Maya was in the entire process. Other then a small issuing with the leasing contract that was completely out of her control, we were met with nothing but patience and warmness while navigating the process of moving into our first apartment and couldn’t be more grateful to have had her helping us. She’s definitely a pillar in the leasing office and a joy to be around. She definitely deserves the recognition and thanks!
