I had a situation come up with Nolina Flats that was frustrating at first, but I really appreciate how the team handled it. They took the time to talk things through with me and ultimately made it right.It says a lot about a place when management is willing to listen and work with you instead of just brushing things off. Overall, it’s been a good place to live, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

I have loved living here. The staff are so amazing as is the maintenance staff. I have made requests for assistance and within a couple of hours a maintenance man is at my door to complete the work order. I have also enjoyed using Amenify, it has been very helpful to use! I cannot recommend it enough!

I haven't had any major issues since moving in a little over a week ago. Everyone has been very responsive and helpful. So far, I give it 4 stars because of no valet trash/recycle, and very little grassy areas for my pups. There's plenty of what would usually be "green space" but instead it's just dirt and rocks, not ideal for dogs.

Terrible experience, within the first weeks the bathtub had a hole, the AC failed multiple times, and an outlet was smoking and I was dragged into an APD incident. It has been stressful and exhausting to deal with constant problems instead of feeling at home. This was the worst apartment experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t rent from this company again.

I've been living here for almost 2 years at this point and I couldn't recommend an apartment complex more! Maintenance team is insanely quick to fix issues, professional and nice. Any request I have is addressed almost immediately and they're always really nice with my dog. The managers for the complex are extremely nice and go out of their way to make sure everything goes the way it should. Cassandra, Melissa and Elise (apologies if that's not how you spell your name) are incredibly professional and have helped me multiple times and always with a smile on their face. I plan on staying here for a while and I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come and check this place out!
