Mia Riverside

I currently live in one of the the mia riverside apartments and it's the worst place I've ever lived. There rodents chewing there way into my home making it so uncomfortable to here live. I've been trying to maintain the problem buying traps posion pallets nothing is working. I tried calling to management about the issue they dont return your calls nor emails. This been going on for months for me to be a tenant here I use be able to let management know what's going on but instead I always get hit with the I dont know English card. Thats not fair to people like me who doesn't know Spanish strongly or anyone at that matter. Paying so much in rent but I can't even go to management to get the help I need. I dont recommend anyone to live here. How can you have people living here when there not maintaining these rodents that are in these buildings and I might not be Spanish but that's no excuse to treat me like this when im a tenant

My Riversay is a wonderful set and with the desire to continue growing for our comfort, my apartment 3310 is in good condition just waiting to be checked by some other repairs but it lives as and safe 👍🏻

ATTENTION all companies, do not do work for this apartment complex. I own oxifresh carpet cleaning of Austin and im a small business owner that relies on getting paid by my customers. Upon initial contract and cleaning we agreed on a set limit amount before I billed. Once the limit was hit it took them 3 months to pay. The next time the limit was hit was in December.. and I have yet to recieve payment. My point of contact just tells me they are working on it and never does anything. I've emailed and called and just get the run around. I met with the owner and she said she was sorry and would get it taken care of within a few days. It has been a month since that was said to me and still nothing. The office has been no help and doesnt even answer the phone. Terrible customer service and if they call your business to do work for them it is not worth the hassle.
