I have lived here for about 4 months, and have had no issues! The staff has been very attentive, and I have loved the community. Love the customer service from Liliana and the leasing agent Josh!

Matador has made my leasing experience a breeze! I looked at over 5 apartments and unfortunately did not connect with the leasing staff I met when shopping with my locator. However that all changed when I got to Matador the staff were HAPPY and did not turn me away without an appointment. They do take walk ins so you can come in anytime! I chose the A1 floor plan and I love the washer in dryer in my unit, and quartz counter tops! I love it! And I am excited for my move in!
