We lived here for 15 months in a 2 BD/2 BT/garage unit on the west side of the complex and really enjoyed it. Maintenance was always fast, once had a pipe emergency and they arrived in 5 min! I walked laps in the parking lots for exercise and always felt safe doing so. Theres also a great gym, all amenities are designed nicely. The gas station next door has a heavy homeless population, they never bothered us BUT we lived on the side farthest from the gas station. There’s great food options near by (Morning Donut, Aviators pizza, Lil Darling) and a library across the street that was great! We moved here from out of state and the management was amazing in helping us coordinate where to put our moving pod. All of the office people were always so nice and helpful and went above and beyond in their jobs. Overall a great place to live!!!

If you love dealing with homeless people and gates always breaking, this is the place for you😃 Countless of times there has been homeless people breakin into residents backyards. Residents leaving their beer bottles/cans, homeless people leaving their belongings and digging in the trash during the day and night and If you love people leaving their dog poop everywhere and countless of times telling the office it’s an issue and nothing being done , this is the perfect complex for you 😃. If you absolutely love hearing screamo nights and bad karaoke from the bar behind , “The little Darlin” when you’re trying to sleep , this is your complex 😃 oh and if you love thin walls, you’ll love this place. The only good thing about this complex is Steven the maintenance guy he was the only reason we lasted there so long and if you ask other residents they’ll say the same thing! He was awesome !!! We left when he left

I have lived here for a little over a year now. The community is always clean and has the best curb appeal compared to others around. There is security that comes through the parking lot at night. The new lights make it very bright in the parking lot for safety. I feel very safe here.

I love this complex, and so does my dog! We have a dog park that he can run around in, we can easily walk to Little Darling next door, and everyone we’ve encountered has been super friendly. I’ve only had one maintenance issue that was promptly taken care of by the nice staff, and I’ve never had to worry about a package delivery. I’ve lived in Austin 12 years and this is easily one of my favorites!

I have lived here for 8 months and my experience has been great! The apartments are good quality for what you pay for and the fact that some of them have attached garages make them feel more like townhomes than apartments. The pool and amenity area is small, but nice for what it is and the pool is hardly ever busy, which makes it feel more private and secluded than what it is too! The management team is also incredibly down to earth and friendly. They made the move-in process very easy, and if I ever have a service request, they’re very responsive and fix it in no time! Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments, and any property owned by CWS!
