Marq on Burnet

David & Chelsea in the office are awesome! David knows you by name & even remembers your dog’s name! He makes Marq on Burnet more like a community than just an apartment. Chelsea is excellent with communication, discussing matters and quickly replying to emails. There are regular activities in the club room as well as sweet treat days. The amenities are very good! I left a 4-Star review because during my residence the maintenance wasn’t too great. But they recently hired more maintenance staff so it’s most likely improved.

I have lived here for 3+ years and the only reason I’m moving is to get into a house. I absolutely loved living at the Marq. As someone who has lived in Austin for almost 7 years, this is the longest I have ever stayed in one apartment. 3 years! I never had any issues, can count on one hand how many times I had to call maintenance. No noise complaints, gym is great, management is very nice. The kitchen is amazing! I lived in the c1 floor plan and was obsessed with the layout. Best apartment all around and location that I have lived in Austin. I even met a couple of my friends here at the pool. I will be sad to go, it’s bittersweet! Highly recommend living here.

I have lived here in 2 different apartments now for about 8 years. We just recently went thru a full facelift with new paint on every exterior surface, power washing the entire garage, balcony cleaning and windows/patio doors re-caulked and painted. David our Community Director and his team always kept us updated with emails and notes around the building the entire time. It took a few months and I could see zero issues. New key and door access now taking place and I have to say it's a quiet community and everyone always is friendly. Big thanks to David and his team for keeping the place clean and updated. Big thanks for the communication between the office and what is going on around the building.

We lived at Marq on Burnet for 2.5+ years and had a great overall experience. The previous management wasn’t very attentive, but since David became the new manager, along side Chloe things have improved a lot—he’s detail-oriented, proactive, and has pushed the right renovations/upgrades while making sure resident needs are actually addressed. The location is excellent (easy access to downtown and North Austin), the neighborhood is fun with great walking/biking trails, it’s dog-friendly, and the common areas are kept clean. We had great sunset views everyday. Big shout-out to David and Chloe for the positive changes. P.S. David—love the updates, but maybe fewer community emails… feels like one every day 😂

I moved here about a year ago and was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews about the previous management. That changed when a former neighbor told me she was moving here and mentioned that David Chavez, the Community Director, would be running this property. I had met David back when he was the community director at 2819 Foster Lane, so, I already knew he was solid. That alone made the decision very easy. I’m honestly glad I made the move. Living here has been great. Maintenance is on point and always takes care of things quickly. David stands on business, he’s friendly, understanding, and genuinely cares about the residents. I’ve had a couple of minor issues in the past, and he was always more than helpful. I can’t thank him enough for that. Big shoutout to David and his entire team. You can tell they’ve put in a lot of work to make this place what it is. My neighbors are friendly, the environment is peaceful, and I’ve never had any issues with anyone here. It’s also super dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. 👍 Overall, I’m very impressed and happy to call this place home!!
