Magnolia Court Apartments

I did not actually get the chance to live at this complex, however the front staff was very helpful and understanding during my tours and decision making process! Would definitely recommend this complex to friends based on politeness of front desk, location, and good pricing/move in specials.

I have lived here for several years. The management team here is on point! If there is an issue they don't wait but get right on it. The community culture they have cultivated is awesome. I highly recommend!!

I’ve lived at this community for 7 years, and the biggest reason I’ve stayed is the team. The apartment itself is a little older, but for the location and the price, it’s very reasonable — and management keeps it well maintained. The office team is the heart of this property. They’re always ready to listen, follow up, and handle every concern or request with genuine care and impressive efficiency. You never feel like just a unit number — they know residents by name and make you feel valued. Management has been consistently professional and proactive. Renewal time is always straightforward, communication is clear, and they genuinely care about keeping the community comfortable. The maintenance team deserves a shout out too: knowledgeable, respectful, and fast. They keep an older building running smoothly, and whether it’s a small fix or something urgent, they show up prepared and get it done right.

Well I must say I LoVe The Magnolia apartments these is my first apartments I lived in being new to texas(Austin) I can honestly say I like it... All three managers them ladies are very helpful never have I once felt uncomfortable... It's definitely some remodeling that can be done but they definitely keep it well kept up over here...No Complaints
