My husband and I have been living in this community for over a year, and our experience has been wonderful. Recently, we had an issue with our AC, and the response was exceptional. CJ promptly looked into the matter and had the problem resolved within just 2–3 hours of arriving. The entire issue was fixed within 24 hours of being reported. We truly appreciate the quick response, professionalism, and excellent maintenance service. Highly recommended!

CJ from the MAA Maintenance Team did an outstanding job fixing our AC. He responded promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and worked tirelessly to get everything running again in a short amount of time. Despite the extremely hot weather outside, he put in a great deal of effort and remained professional throughout the process. Great service by Djunn Harris. He quickly fixed the washing macchine, pointed out the pie was broken for a while and fixed before something bad happened! He went out of the way so I could take some personal calls too.
