I had an issue with the disposal in the kitchen. The next day a maintenance technician, CJ, arrived to replace the unit. He was professional, courteous and completed the task quickly. He also gave tips and instruction on how to properly use the unit. I'm very satisfied with the repair service.

CJ is professional, friendly, and efficient at his job. He responded to my maintenance ticket promptly after my thermostat got stuck at 45 degrees during the winter storm. He was very patient while I got my riled up dog out the way and also took the time to explain the issue with my heater. He was very attentive to the situation leaving a space heater in case the warm air didn’t circulate fast enough. I really appreciate his help resolving the issue!
