Mario was very thorough in problem-solving the issue we were having. He patiently worked 2 hours when he found what was causing the loud noise in the wall. We appreciate Mario’s diligence and his patience. Great job, Mario! We also would like to thank Jasmine for this past week in helping with the maintenance request.

Lived here 2 years things are okay, the first few months, but then there was a break in that happened.And it left the community shaken. They had the nerve to rise. Our rent up 400 $ and 2 months ahead of time. When that happened that definitely left a bad impression. Literally had to beg on our knees for them to spare us since we were still affected by that tragedy. There's hardly anyone at the office to talk to. They're closed Monday Tuesday including weekends. And when they are open They're out of office. Parking over here is horrendous. Way to many people working on cars and running a mechanic business. And they only have one dumpster for the whole complex that overflows everyday overall 5.5 out of 10 is my rating rn sadly

New maintenance guy, I believe his name was Mario. After a quick rundown about my AC, he went straight to getting the issue knocked out. Very respectful guy and so far seems like my HVAC issue has been resolved. Thank you.

I have been here 10 months, and I am very happy with everything from the property to the leasing consultants to the maintenance. I've seen falcons, foxes, and a coyote. The plants here are so lush and well kept. The apartment is so spacious!

I’ve probably had every issue that can possibly arise in an apartment, but I love the way MAA at Canyon Creek handles problems. They have a sense of urgency and are very kind when handling issues. I know I can go to the front office for anything and they are always willing to help. The rent is student-friendly. Make sure to read your lease as it does detail about the extra fees/costs, but I feel it’s worth it because there’s free wifi + streaming services plus the staff handles everything like pros. The maintenance folks are AMAZING! Every time I put in an order, they fix it in a timely manner. I go to the clubhouse to get work done and the office staff are always so welcoming. This is one of the few rare apartments that actually have a spacious storage closet, I haven’t been able to find that in other Austin apartments! I’m now very comfortable in my apartment and am considering renewing my lease. My only feedback is that it’s difficult to throw away trash here, the dumpsters are always a mess.
