Amazing! We were worried that our fire alarm was blinking red so called the emergency line. I thought someone might call us to try to walk us through how to fix it or something but within like 5 minutes Robert was at our door with a ladder and a new battery! If we hadn’t changed it it would’ve beeped all night, instead we can sleep soundly and it all happened so fast :)

We’ve lived here for almost four months and we are very happy with how quiet the community is and the staff working here is great! Allison is wonderful! She gave us a tour and has answered all our many questions. The maintenance crew is great as well! They come very quickly to look and fix problems that pop up. We had our dishwasher go out they looked at it Monday ordered a new one and installed it by Wednesday. We were worried it would take a week to replace. Robert and Gauge (hopefully spelled correctly) have both been great coming out fixing little things in our townhome. We’ve had a great experience so far living here.

Robert is amazing, very friendly and attentive to all maintenance requests. Installed new dishwasher seamlessly without leaving a mess. Would highly recommend.

We just moved in a few weeks ago and noticed a small leak coming from underneath the sink in one of our bathrooms. We submitted a maintenance request on Saturday and received a call from Allison, the leasing agent in the office, who let us know maintenance wouldn’t be back until Monday. Since the leak wasn’t major, we told her we could wait, and she made sure to mark it as urgent so it would be handled first thing Monday morning. When Robert, our maintenance technician, came by, he was very friendly, professional, and informative. He not only fixed the issue quickly but also showed me a picture of the problem and explained what he did to resolve it, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with how smoothly the situation was handled and how communicative and thorough the staff has been.

My partner and I had such a great experience with Sandy at MAA Barton Creek. From the very beginning she was patient, thorough, and never pushy. She showed us around multiple times, kept in contact, and reassured us whenever we had questions. She really went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our decision. Holly, the senior property manager, even overheard some of our questions and quickly stepped in to help us with a move-in special. That kind of teamwork and support really made us feel taken care of. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire process and the staff here. At other places it can feel like you’re just a number, but Sandy and Holly made the experience so much more personable. We’re excited to move in and would highly recommend MAA Barton Creek to anyone looking for a new home in Austin.
