I recently toured Lenox 7th and absolutely fell in love with the space. The community is beautiful, and I’ll be applying soon—hoping to call this place home! Alexis, the leasing agent who toured me, was truly amazing. She was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel easy and exciting. Highly recommend checking this property out!

I lived at Lenox for 2 years 2 months (two 13-month leases), and overall enjoyed my time there. Highlights: - The maintenance workers are the best—they usually came to address a problem same-day and are always friendly when you see them around the building. - I met a lot of great residents, a handful of whom are still close friends. - The appliances and finishes are nice. Big refrigerator, in-unit washer/dryer. - I loved living in this neighborhood. Lots to do in walking distance or a short drive/Uber ride away. - Great amenities. I loved having access to the Sky Lounge with a downtown view, two pools, a gym, a business center with private rooms to take calls, and a game room. - The building was generally clean, the only variable being residents that leave garbage out on non-pickup days. - First floor units have higher ceilings than the other floors that help them feel bigger/more spacious. Lowlights: - Walls/floors/ceilings are super thin, so you'll hear everything your neighbors do (and they'll hear everything you do). - Garage gates were constantly broken, leaving vehicles vulnerable to theft or damage, which several residents were affected by in the time I lived there. Considering that residents pay a monthly parking fee on top of an amenity fee, it doesn't feel like the security of their vehicles is a top priority for upper management. - Upon packing up and moving out, I noticed a lot of my belongings had mold and therefore needed to be thrown out, and not just those in the closet that adjoined from the bathroom. I constantly used A/C, bathroom fans, ceiling fans, etc. Not sure if it was just my area of the building, but the smart thermostat often showed 60%+ humidity. I've never had an issue with mold in other apartments before this. Advice to prospective residents: - Rent in the winter for better rates. This isn't specific to Lenox, but they were offering my unit after I moved out for $200 less per month than my renewal offer. Stings a little bit. Otherwise, prices aren't the most competitive, considering there are newer "luxury" builds just blocks away who are happy to fill units that have never been lived in at a great rate. - The units facing courtyards or lap pool are quieter and will give you a better experience. Resort pool often has parties, and outer-facing units are adjacent to noisier areas: 7th street traffic, Kawi gym, dumpsters, Cabana Club, or the new construction project on Gonzales where the school used to be. - Astound is the exclusive internet provider for the building and they absolutely SUCK. Frequent outages, not-great speeds, and garbage customer support. Some residents used the T-Mobile wireless home internet service, but I didn't myself. Fair warning if you work from home, which a lot of residents do. Overall I would recommend Lenox 7th to prospective residents. If I weren't trying to move out of the country I would have renewed my lease.

I've lived here about a week and had a wonderful experience. Amanda and Alex were so friendly and helpful with my situation (my first apt complex had a roach infestation). They expedited my move in so I wouldn't have to live in and pay for a hotel for a week. I love my apartment so much, feels safe and homey.

Living at Lenox 7th has been such a great experience. The community is well-kept, the amenities are top-notch, and the team is always helpful. I especially want to highlight Cody — he works incredibly hard and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly. His effort truly makes a difference here!

We have recently moved into Lenox 7th from Australia. The complex has great facilities and comfortable apartments. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. We especially want to call out both Melissa and McKenzie for all their assistance.
