Management is so useless that it's crazy. We had a coffee machine for less than a week before it was down permanently. On the day it stopped working, I asked if they we're goning to fix it, and they said they were fixing it that day. It's been I think two months. The printer doesn't work. The one computer barely works. I had stuff stolen on their property and was told directly that they would not do anything about it, despite them having cameras everywhere. It's genuinely ridiculous watching the show they put on for parents. I expect the coffee machine to work starting then, but who knows.

Worst printer ever encountered. All the Mac PCs are gone except one, which is so slow (5–10 minutes per click) that I gave up using it. The printer has no paper. You can’t directly print from a laptop or phone. The coffee machine is always out of order. We still did not get the keys for the mailbox despite asking multiple times. The elevators take forever. Maintenance was called more than two weeks ago, and they still haven’t fixed anything. My roommates and I haven’t even started using the dishwasher because the old dishwasher filter hasn’t been changed and is dirty. They didn’t even clean the dryer duct from past residents and only did so after our dryer stopped drying clothes (fire hazard).

Justin walked me through all my options for staying here starting Fall 2026 and he was INCREDIBLY helpful. He was on the phone with me for 30 minutes and I never felt rushed to make a decision or pushed away, which made me more confident in my options staying here. Great leasing team and affordable prices.

This is my first time writing a review, but I had to write one for the maintenance team because they are the best I've seen so far. One of the maintenance staff (I believe his name is Wilbur) has the fastest hands and he's also quick to respond to the maintenance requests. It was great considering the previous experiences I had in Wampus. My only "issue" with this apartment right now is one of the front desk staff that judges me head to toe. Mind you I didn't even ask him a question...I don't even know his name. I talked about it with another resident here, and apparently he is notorious for that. Overall, all is well!

I moved into my "As Is" 2x2 Unit at Legacy on Rio about 2 weeks ago, and can I just say I am so impressed! The room was already pretty spotless to begin with, which relieved all worries about an "As is" unit. My roommate doesn't move in for a couple of days, but they have already been sending cleaners and CA's to come and touch up her room which I know she'll appreciate! I love my spacious kitchen and living room, as well as my view of the cutest courtyard. I've never ever had a TV in my room, so it's been so fun and convenient to have one already installed in my room for me! I have a special shout out to Wilbur on the maintenance team! I had a few things that I just wanted touch ups on in my bathroom and kitchen, and within what felt like 45 minutes he was able to replace old parts with new ones and fix everything I needed. I know they're incredibly busy during this time, so it impressed me how quickly they responded to maintenance requests! Wilbur has been such a great help, and overall it's always a pleasure to run into any one of the staff here.
