I recently relocated back to Austin, and when I was searching for apartments The Jewel was in my top contenders, I cannot say enough great things about Calista the new property manager. She really went above and beyond at supplying information that made me feel comfortable with such a big move from far away and not being able to see it myself ahead of time, which is more than I can say for the place I ended up choosing. If you're considering The Jewel for your apartment home, they'll definitely take great care of you and they're very communicative which is so important. Thank you for everything!

Rented a unit here last year and have never seen a roach. The property has improved so much over the past year under the new property manager, Alejandra she’s on top of everything, and the complex looks so much nicer! She should definitely be promoted. ✨✨✨

Alejandra at the front office is very very sweet and caring of her residents. I have been having trouble with car issues and it getting towed twice now, for reasons I couldn’t control. She helped me endlessly and was very kind. Like she wanted to help. I am very appreciative of her for taking the extra step in helping with our issues, instead of shutting down my request. Cudos!

I'm a long term tenant of the Jewel Apartments. We have had many managers over the years I have lived at Jewel. Our present manager, Alejandra, is fantastic! She has gone far out of her way to help me with my needs and requests. For the present lease I signed, she made me feel as though I am the only tenant at Jewel with the time and consideration she afforded me. Thank you Alejandra for your help and expertise. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Alejandra Vasquez, the new Property Manager at The Jewel Apartments, over the past few months, and the difference she’s made is truly noticeable. The property had its fair share of issues in the past, but since she took over, there’s been a clear shift in how things are managed and how residents are treated. Alejandra is not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely cares about the people who live here. She actively listens to tenant concerns and always follows up with a clear plan of action and timeline for resolution. She’s incredibly solution-oriented—rather than just offering quick fixes, she looks for long-term improvements and better ways to serve the community. What really stands out is her ability to stay calm, kind, and approachable no matter the situation. You can tell she takes pride in her work and is committed to making the property a better place to live. Even though my lease is ending next month, I leave with appreciation for the improvements she’s already brought to the community and confidence that more positive changes are on the way because of her leadership. She’s exactly the kind of property manager every community deserves.
