Inspire On 22nd

The staff and building are simply amazing. It's the best housing downtown. They offer a lot for a great price here.

I lived here for the Spring 2025 semester. When I started my lease, they had me put down a $150 security deposit. After the lease ended, they never returned the deposit. I called their office multiple times and was told each time that they were looking into it and working on returning the deposit. But they never did.

The staff is so nice and is always so helpful! There have been so many times where they’ve gone out of their way to help me. The building is also quite clean, including facilities like the gym. My apartment is quite nice and spacious as well, so I’d highly recommend.

i must say the staff are excellent! i haven’t lived year but im writing a review just to mention how great the employees are. i loved at an apartment next door and my packages would constantly get delivered at inspire and the staff were so quick, kind, and understanding every single time i went in!! i even toured there one time and the guy who gave me the tour (im so sad i forgot his name, he was a white male late 20’s/early 30’s) was extremely knowledgeable and it was very clear that he cares about the residents. he would say hi to everyone we passed and knew them by name!!! what a rare find❤️ i hope inspire treats its employees well and understands how lucky they are to have such a great staff on hand.
