Iconic at South 1st

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Unless you can’t afford anywhere else, this place is not worth it. The whole place is DIRTY, there’s literally sewage water in the parking lot all the time!!! My AC went out like every other month!! There was raccoons living in my walls and the only thing they ever did about it was put a trap in the back that just caught stray cats. They wouldn’t let me end my lease because of it either. It’s super hard to get any help on anything bc there’s rarely anyone in the office, and when there is they just tell you to email the manager that takes forever to get back to you and still nothing gets done. When moving out I informed them I’d be leaving before my lease ends but that I would still pay the rent for the remainder of my lease, they’re now trying to charge me for internet that has been disconnected since I moved out and went back and added a day of rent a whole month later after I’ve already paid the slightly pro rated rent, because they told me my lease ended of the 30th, but now are saying it was actually the 31st. Terrible management and a literally hell to live at.

Ever since new management has come in the property has made a complete 360, and I'm not only talking in image the leasing staff and maintenance as well. Before you would think the apartment staff this place was on autopilot and I used to hate asking to have something taken care of because the old staff seemed annoyed or bother. The staff now are happy and willing to help. Thank you new crew!!!!!
