I would like to give 5 stars for our interactions with Alondra with Icon at Austin! I only highlighted 4 stars because I cannot give 5 stars to the entire office crew. Alondra is very professional, courteous and informed! Thank you for your professionalism Alondra!

The apartment itself is relatively nice, the amenities are cool, and for now there has been a lot of maintenance and upkeep to keep the space clean and accessible. That being said, the management and staff have been extremely unpleasant, extremely. The staff is deceitful and just flat out rude. It's unfortunate because rent is VERY expensive and yet the residents are met with so much hostility. The staff itself have been extremely condescending and quite literally lied to my face (the blonde guy). The manager is patronizing, and never actually follows up with any of his tasks. The apartment is quick to give up their rooms yet urge/rush people to sign their empty units, and have just overall been disorganized with the way they assign people to units. They fail to notify you in a timely manner when a group of men will be entering your apartment and rooms (vendors), which is typically the bare minimum in apartments, especially "luxury" apartments. These vendors then proceed to leave tracks of dirt and mud on the floors of these expensive apartments. I would sign with caution and wish I had seen this side before renewing. I’m a little worried to see how things pan out with this complex. Edit: I am aware that the lease likely details that vendors are allowed in and out as they please, regardless of the status of the residents inside the apartment. That being said, no girl alone feels comfortable when 5 men suddenly bombard the apartment and put their dirty shoes on her bed. Also, I am intentionally keeping my identity private because of how unpleasant my experience has been with the staff, I don't trust disclosing my identity. Also, if things would like to be "worked out", why doesn't management start with responding to and fulfilling their original tasks that have been left untended to the past month.

I live at the Icon and it’s an absolutely beautiful building! Everything is gorgeous, the whole top floor is a bunch of study rooms. There’s an outdoor grill. There’s a pool a Jacuzzi. They are also very accessible. They’ve been great at adapting and accommodating everything to my needs as a person in a wheelchair!
