It’s a fresh start to live on an off campus complex where the neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. I really didn’t like the outside laundry room as it was inconvenient going back and forth to do laundry. Other than that, the management was nice and it’s affordable.

Inside lighting is a little dim, and the laundry room is quite small. But the location is convenient if you go to UT. Overall interior is good, and the staff and maintenance respond quickly.

This is a great place. The apartments have everything you need and they have comfortable size. They are close to everything, bus stop and walking distance from UT. Any maintenance issues were resolved in a very short notice and the landlord was always very nice and attentive. It is great to have a pool with the weather in Austin and the neighborhood is very calm. Great place, highly recommend for grad students. Thank you for everything:)

I lived here two years, plus one year at a different Westside Group owned property, and I loved it! Every maintenance issue they came to fix the next day usually, the appliances worked consistently, the apartment was in really good condition and well-maintained for the age. The apartments are very small, but I didn't mind. Also they returned my full deposit to me with only a couple small charges, which should be the bare minimum but many landlords try to weasel out of it. I also really appreciated how thick and well-insulated the walls are that I rarely ever heard a single sound from my neighbors. i moved to Dallas recently and I miss this apartment everyday because of how good I had it. The landlords in Dallas don't take care of their property, or their residents.

I loved my 2 years living at Hyde Park Court. The units are older and (like all old buildings) my units had its quirks and necessary repair calls. The management was fantastic and responsive. The apartments felt set away from West-Campus-craziness but was a 7 min drive from the university. I feel like you get what you pay for as far as Austin housing prices, and I would absolutely recommend living here as a student.
