Gables Republic Square

I had a great experience working with Macaila. She was extremely professional and provided me with all of the information I needed throughout my tour. She really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered every question thoroughly. I also appreciated how knowledgeable she is about the property. If you're on the hunt for a new place to call home I highly recommend this property and I would request to tour with Macaila.

I have lived in many places in Austin, Mulluer, Oak Hill, and on the eastside. And my experience at Gables Republic Square has hands down been the best experience I've ever had living in an apartment complex. I have made amazing friends in my building that make my place feel like home. Ryan the front desk receptionist make the experience 10x better, without Ryan this place wouldn't have the same vibe. From organizing events, to welcome us we arrive, even to packages and food deliveries are run smoothly. Love my experience here and wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Austin. Fun Fact this building has a 98% retention rate, most people only leave if they have to relocate.

Gables Republic Square is such a beautiful property. It’s modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with the kind of charm that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The attention to detail in the spaces, especially the stunning floors and inviting atmosphere, truly sets it apart. What made my experience even better was working with Macaila. She is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and just has this naturally warm way of representing the property. She’s the first face you see, and she sets the tone perfectly, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. If you’re considering Gables Republic Square, you’ll be in great hands. It’s a gorgeous community with exceptional staff, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful.

I have lived here during the work week for two years. It is an excellent apartment with fantastic staff support. Ryan, the head Concierge is truly a delight to work with. She does the little things like checking on the one maintenance issue that i have had to ensure it was repaired, greeting me by name, and even letting me know when i have a package. With good people like Ryan and such a good facility, i can easily give it 5 stars.

We have lived at The Gables for a year and cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s stunning! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, smells delicious! The concierge team are most excellent and have helped us so much with settling into Austin. They go above and beyond and as we travel a lot we feel very comfortable leaving our apartment in the capable hands of Ryan and her team! They are brilliant! It’s extremely well situated and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Thank you The Gables
