Had a great tour with Rendell. Amazing views and amenities, apartments are beautiful. Can’t wait to live here in the future.

One of the best apartment complexes in Austin downtown. The amenities were great, most grocery stores just walking distance away and very helpful and friendly team at the leasing office, especially Rendell who was able to help me and answer numerous questions related to my move. Definitely a great experience living here!

Hands down the best apartment and complex I’ve ever lived in. From the initial tour and experience with Brawley to the apartment and amenities to the front desk team and maintenance team, I’ve been impressed at every opportunity. It’s a wonderful building full of mostly young professionals who are kind and friendly. We’ve made a ton of friends fast. The area is also a dream - close enough to the best parts of downtown to walk and far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Gables has truly outdone themselves with this building and their team.

We have lived here for over a year and have had such a great experience. The building is beautiful, clean and maintained so well. And you could not ask for a better location, right in front of the Lake and steps always from Trader Joe’s AND Whole Foods. Rendell in the leasing office has always been helpful, efficient and has such an amazing attitude. The concierge and maintenance team is super quick and efficient. If you can get a unit facing the lake, it is definitely worth the premium. The only negative is that there is a train that runs through downtown and you can hear it. I think the windows are soundproof enough where you hear it, but it’s not super disturbing. At night, a white noise machine is the perfect solution.

Top notch location, kind, friendly staff who actually really do want to help you, beautiful views, well cared for apartments, AND great amenities. Walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, the lake, to eat. Hell what isn’t to like? One thing, a very constant staff turnover, means you are having to continuously reintroduce yourself to the team. Maintenance staff are solid, and constant. Front office in flux constantly.
