The Service team always does a wonderful job

I really enjoyed living here (2 years). I loved my unit. Maintenance team is super friendly and on top of stuff as soon as I contacted them, and stuff was communicated fairly well and in advance. Great pool area. The proximity to Central Market is amazing. My unit was next to 38th and the road noise is pretty real, but this didn't bother me personally and I imagine it would be less of a deal in the interior units. I never had any issues with package theft, though Amazon would frequently leave my packages on the wrong floor or at entirely different units. This rating is based on my experience living here before they signed up with Fetch.

I used to feel so proud to live here but I am utterly disgusted by the Gables’ decision to partner with Fetch. Anyone who has had Fetch implemented in their community knows it is a scam and predatory service - aside from that, Fetch loses and steals packages themselves! I have heard from the leasing employees here that they think Amazon steals packages (they don’t, we just need a few simple cameras). I hope this did not contribute to the terrible decision to switch to Fetch. I urge all fellow residents to submit a complaint to fight this - Fetch is TERRIBLE

We've lived at the Gables Central Park for almost six years now, always enjoying the superb maintenance team's support and responsiveness. Our most recent experience was just as excellent, as previous ones. Robert and Ken made a well orchestrated effort to coordinate and execute two jobs with external contractors and the work has been done swiftly and timely in a thorough and neat manner. We appreciate your help and support, Robert and Ken. Truly a trustworthy, most helpful team! Thank you :)
