don’t rent here, if i could give zero i would. every issue i bring to management, whether it’s abt trash dumping, some adult sitting on the stairs and staring into my unit, etc., is met with a blank stare and “sorry there’s nothing we can do” and i’m sick of it. also our unit was filthy upon move-in, and ALL of the windows aren’t sealed. guess where they face? WEST. and since we have to pay for utilities that means our electric bill is at least double what it should be. we brought the window issue to their attention on our move-in checklist sheet, and some manager said they would send someone out in two weeks. nope. when the date passed and we asked they acted like they never seen us before. there’s more but i’m not writing a dissertation. don’t rent from here, the only ppl who do their jobs is the maintenance dudes. they’re real ones.
