Fivetwo at Highland is extremely nice! The people are so kind and helpful! They have great amenities with outdoor seating, pools, bbq grills, and my favorite other fitness center which is extremely nice for being an apartment complex fitness center! Fivetwo at highland really got me out of a bind with my housing situation and found me a studio apartment and gave me the keys in a days time due to my situation! Luis was extremely helpful in this process with everything we needed! The location is also great! I highly recommend Fivetwo at Highland apartments to anyone!

I stopped by for a tour and was lucky enough to work with Luis! He was incredibly fun and friendly, and also very knowledgeable. He guided me through the community offerings and walked me through the leasing process with ease. I felt very welcomed the entire time. If you’re planning on stopping by definitely ask for Luis!

My husband Carlos and I toured this beautiful apartment community over the weekend, and we were truly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, which immediately made us feel at home. Luis gave us our tour, and he made the experience feel very personal and comfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question we had without rushing us. We also really appreciated that he is bilingual, which made the experience even more inclusive and thoughtful. Overall, this was one of the best touring experiences we've had. You can genuinely tell that the team here cares about their residents and potential residents. We left feeling excited and confident about this community.

Edit to update: Since I wrote my initial review the complex has changed ownership/management. Most of the same staff remains but there’s a different, improved vibe. I just had maintenance come by for clogged bathroom sinks. I got the impression they’re working on training and trying to improve. I’m updating to go four stars since this is all new but seems to be moving in the right direction. We do really like the building and location. ———————— I would avoid this place. We were so excited to move here earlier this year and do like our apartment, location etc. But maintenance is so incredibly lacking, we’d never choose a Bell property again. For example our dishwasher stopped which we reported twice and they ignored, a few days later this turned into a flood in our apartment. They then had to come on an emergency call. Once a new dishwasher was installed, it was placed crooked - door wouldn’t shut correctly. Put in a new request - they didn’t come, days went by so we reinstalled it ourselves correctly. Our current issue - a broken AC and maintenance can’t even be bothered to call let alone come by. Our apartment is well above 80 degrees. By the way, this is the second AC/heat outage we’ve had since we moved here February of this year. The first lasted nearly a week. Of note, these are not the only maintenance issues of this magnitude we’ve had, just the most recent. I don’t get the sense the maintenance issues matter to management which is too bad because it’s a massive black one star on an otherwise decent property. Now that I’m here reviewing though, I should add cleaning is pretty lacking too. Don’t let the clean clubhouse pictures others have posted fool you, its the only aspect of the property they keep clean outside of the main office. I’d continue to overlook the cleanliness issues if the maintenance team was at least up to par. But here we are in Texas with no AC in our “luxury” apartment. Management does nothing about the repeated issues so felt coming here to write a public review is the only option left. Edit: they did finally come and fix the AC - cause - a clogged drain. Our previous complex inspected these drains periodically to avoid untimely outages. The property manager did apologize for the miscommunication. Doesn’t change the experience with this maintenance staff on this occasion or prior. I will update this review if positive improvements are made to maintenance staff.

This place is a definition of luxury. I moved in a month ago and it has been a splendid experience so far. Diana helped me throughout the leasing process, be it the tour and the paperwork, she was very quick and responsible about it. My apartment has new appliances and there are two club houses in each building that is opened for 24/7. the best part of these apartments is the club house. It has a warmth vibe to it as you can see in the photos. Definitely worth it.
