If you value competence and knowledgeable management, I wouldn’t live here. I first moved in in 2023 and it was pretty great, but by the time I moved out in 2025 - things are a much different story. The quality of everything has gone down, there was literally a rat infestation & rats dying in the walls and getting into apartments. The overall vibe of management is not great - you can tell they don’t want to be there and there’s nothing homey or genuinely helpful about the vibe. They are generally nice, but overall not very knowledgeable or actually helpful if issues arise. I was glad to get out of here and I don’t recommend it to my friends. I wasn’t going to write a negative review but they told me they would hold onto some pans that I forgot after I moved out, when I went to pick them up less than 3 weeks later (we’re all busy, I moved away, and how hard is it to hold them in the back) - they were unable to locate them. They said maybe the cleaning people took them or threw them away - but cleaning people shouldn’t be taking things or throwing things that management is holding away in the first place. So just annoying overall & wouldn’t recommend. Oh yeah also the fire alarms go off ALL THE TIME. In the middle of the night they will blare for 10+ minutes randomly. Also management just isn’t very polite, like it’s common courtesy to let people off the elevator before you try to get on, and the very own management will be pushing onto the elevator before residents get off - maybe I’m just used to management having amazing manners at my new place now - but I found this really weird living at Fifteen15.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “A True 5-Star Living Experience in Austin” Living here has been an absolute game-changer. From day one, the staff has gone above and beyond—not just once, but consistently. Madison, Lisa, Daniel, Jonathan, and Jordan are true heroes of this property. Whether it’s answering questions, making move-in seamless, or keeping everything running smoothly, they set the gold standard for what a top-tier community should feel like. The location is unbeatable—walkable, clean, and safe, with plenty of dog-friendly spots that make daily life so much easier. The rooftop pool is top-tier and feels like a resort getaway right at home. Add in a beautiful, well-maintained property and a truly caring team, and you’ve got a living experience that’s second to none. If you’re looking for not just an apartment, but a community where you’re treated like family, this is the place. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Just moved our 22-year-old daughter into this apartment complex. Very modern and luxurious with all the amenties - gym, pool etc. The biggest upside is the front office staff. Worked with Lisa, who went above and beyond to help with the application processing and getting her in. So helpful. Then had a couch delivered to the front of my daughter's door. She was at work. Robert, another front office staff was gracious enough to move it into her apartment while she was away! Cannot just chalk this up to Texas hospitality. Truly blown away by these kind people. Wish I could add more stars. Sincerely Graham

I moved into Fifteen15 in December 2023 and as far as my experience goes, I’m happy with everything. The property is BRAND new so of course there’s little maintenance hiccups, but I personally haven’t had any issues. We have an online portal to submit maintenance requests 24/7 so that’s very convenient. As far as some of the other reviews that I saw regarding homeless people on the property, in the 3 months I’ve been here it seems safe and for the most part is quiet. The leasing staff and management are very quick to address any concerns I’ve had and that’s only been one or two little things. The property organizes lots of fun events on the property and at local businesses around the property which I think is awesome and a fantastic way to meet people. All of my neighbors have been super friendly and very welcoming. I’m happy to call Fifteen15 Apartments my home 🙂

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Currently I am living at the Fifteen15 Apartments and my stay here has been less than pleasant in the few months of living here. Within the first couple months of living here I was attacked by a homeless man with an 8inch knife right outside the leasing office. This gentleman tried to kill me and my dog for no reason while I was on a walk with my pup. Fortunately I was able to get away unharmed but my dog was cut in several places. The leasing Manager Rena has also been attacked by a homeless person inside the leasing office. He threatened to kill her with a pair of scissors as well as destroyed property in the leasing office. There is a homeless camp located behind the building. They use the apartment complex as a walk through space. I constantly have encounters with homeless people every other morning either rummaging through the dumpsters out front or trying to break into the buildings. There have been several cars broken into in the garage. Another huge issue is all floors in building 2 are under construction due to a broken water pipe. It has been over a month and still hasn’t been fixed(see pics). The dumpsters are picked up at 5:30am every day which sounds like someone playing the bongos right outside of your apartment. The train on the back side runs constantly as well. So unless you like to be up before sunrise don’t live here. Currently some units have infestations of roaches and others are dealing with rats. Large rodents have been heard crawling through the walls and ceilings. Most likely coming from the homeless camp. The hired security is seldom seen onsite and doesn’t answer the phone when called. There is broken glass everywhere. Amazon deliveries are unable to access building half the time. Many tenant vehicles are being towed and guest vehicles the second their permit expires. Anyone can walk into the dog park from the street. These are things they will not inform you of. Unfortunately our safety and concerns aren’t worth the properties time. Fifteen15 Apartments I’m not going anywhere I was denied a reasonable lease termination considering my situation with the assault. Also I’ve been informed other female tenants were given the ability to terminate lease for other reasons. Your management staff is female and your regional manager is female. They were all female and I am a male leading me to believe this was a sexist decision.
