Can't beat this location for the price. Parking is reasonable and the maintenance is super kind. Would recommend 10/10.

Great location and price. My friend is staying here and I may transfer over next year because it's closer to my classes :)

Tiny apartments with bug & rodents problems, hot water fluctuating while showering, they barely clean before moving in, managment nickle & dime you for everything including parking. They even make you move your car on UT game days to sell your parking spot to visitors. Instead of 60 day prior to move out notices, they make you pre-lease 8 month in advance, else they show your apartment in the meantime & you'll be without a apt.
