Eleven by Windsor Apartments

I’ve lived at Windsor for over a year and have had a really positive experience thus far. The team is always kind and welcoming. Special thanks to TJ in maintenance and Brendan in the front office. Their support and friendliness make this a place I’m happy to call home. 😊

I lived at The Eleven for about four months before I had to move out because of roaches. I was on the third floor, and at first it seemed like a nice place to live. After the first week I started finding dead roaches in my apartment. I hoped it was just a one time thing, so I called the office and they said they would add me to the pest control list. The problem never really got better. I kept seeing roaches running across the floor while I was just trying to relax at home. For how much rent costs there, it was pretty frustrating. From what I saw, the building has a serious roach problem that management just hasn’t fixed. I ended up packing my stuff and moving somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you are okay with having roaches in your apartment.

I’ve enjoyed living at the Eleven apartments. Management is very responsive and the maintenance guys are great! Always quick to respond, professional and pleasant to be around. Tony has been very helpful in fixing things in a timely manner and does it with a positive attitude, which is appreciated !
