Edison Austin Apartments

My husband and I have been residents at Edison Apartments for the past four years, and I can honestly say it has been an incredible experience. From the beautiful property to the outstanding staff, Edison truly feels like home. The leasing office team deserves special recognition. Sylvia, Jo, Kenzie, and Emma are absolutely amazing! They are always warm, welcoming, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. No matter the question or concern, they go above and beyond to help residents and make everyone feel valued. Their professionalism and genuine care create such a positive community atmosphere. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about the maintenance team. Alexis and both Mannys consistently do an outstanding job! They are prompt, efficient, respectful, and take great pride in their work. Every repair request has been handled with excellence, and it’s reassuring to know that such a dependable team is always there when needed. One of my favorite things about living at Edison is the incredible view and the resort-like atmosphere. It truly feels like I’m living on vacation every day. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and a place I’m proud to call home. Thank you to the entire Edison staff for all that you do. Your hard work, dedication, and kindness do not go unnoticed. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you for making Edison such a wonderful place to live. After five years here, I can confidently say I love living at Edison and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional community.

I recently moved out after living here for a year, and I had a great experience. McKenzie, Sylvia, and Jo are an amazing office staff who were always friendly, professional, and accommodating. They truly care about their residents and made my time here enjoyable. I’m sad to leave and would highly recommend this community!

I don’t have many words for how much we hated living here. So I’ll just share photos of our time for everyone else to see. Any apartment complex that calls itself “luxury” should be ashamed of themselves when this is what you really are. If you’re reading this, regardless of what month, year, or even staffing team is leading the Edison that week, move on. Don’t spend your hard earned money on a place that isn’t safe, has poor build quality, old appliciances, broken doors, bad neighbors, dog poop everywhere, and a company that wants to fee you out of your mind. I’ve viewed and stayed around the area quite a bit as a friend of others and renter myself. The amenity offerings, responsiveness of maintenance, on site security, and overall experience has been top tier. Reasonable pricing, great staff, and a short drive from all of the Austin mainstays. If I could give them a 10 I would. If you go by there tell them I sent ya. 💪🏻❤️

This is the safest place and secure and clean. Two years living here I have never seem a cockroach. We have a ranger here 24/7 too. Maintenance people are kind, thanks to Alexis for helping me a lot and also to Diosmany who keep this building clean too! Joe and Sylvia are nice too. My apartment has a nice view to downtown and it's really comfortable too.
