No working WiFi at The Union. Gym equipment broken for months. Oblivious and unhelpful front desk receptionists.

Terribly managed community with even worse HOA. There are little to no street/community lights at night because "light pollution" but cars continue to get broken into and crime has continued to grow. Not to mention how UNSAFE the community is at night due to the lack of light, are we just going to wait until someone actually gets hurt? BUT DO NOT WORRY, if you have Christmas decorations out too early, the HOA will be sure to come after you!!! I am convinced that all these 5 star reviews are friends and family of the HOA staff because no way.

Looks like a great place to live. Right across on waterfront properties. Loved it.

I have never lived in a neighborhood that provides dog waste baskets and bags pretty much on every street or every trail. For incompetent dog owners to leave their dog waste on the side walks and trails even directly in front of the dog waste bins. Unfortunate that you try to enjoy living in your neighborhood and have to see dog poop or kids shoes and toys and diapers abandoned on the trails or anywhere else.

Great community planned! More retail/grocery is desperately needed in this up and coming area. No Starbucks or local coffee shops within miles. Mostly gas station mini marts. Cannot wait for the trails because many streets around the area or not bikeable or walkable!
