This place is an absolute nightmare since the hiring of new management. Anything posted from 4 months ago is relevant. Since the higher ups have gotten rid of Thomas. This quaint complex in the heart of the city has become a hellscape of sorts. Constant disruptions throughout the night, a lack of personable connection with staff, and the “safe factor” has dropped has become the lowest of the bars. I’ve been awaken by gun shots and domestic disputes on numerous occasions every week. I warn all of those looking to relocate around/to Austin. Do your research. This place was a home at one point. But ever since Ashley Maldonado has taken the reins, our home has become an abode for the destructive. Also the homeless bathe in the pool frequently with no recourse ( no judgment just a fact) if you’re looking for a home. Stay far away from Easton Hills!

Reasonably priced modern apartments. Conveniently located near a bunch of restaurants and stores. The management staff is very friendly and helpful. Ashley the new manager is very accommodating and thoughtful. The maintenance staff is efficient and proficient.

I’ve lived here for two years and I have loved every minute. The complex feels like home, maintenance is always there to help. The complex is just recently under new property management, Ashley is amazing!! She’s very friendly and helpful, always there to answer questions and help with what you need.

I live at Easton Hills and experienced a serious issue with mold in my apartment. I first reported the problem on September 3rd, followed up in writing on September 4th, and despite repeated communication, nothing was done until September 26th.That means I was forced to live in unsafe, mold-contaminated conditions for 24 days. When I requested reimbursement for the time my apartment was uninhabitable, management refused to compensate me. This shows a lack of accountability and a disregard for resident health and safety. On top of that, the pool is being misused — residents have been engaging in sexual activity in it, and management has not drained or properly addressed this issue. If you are considering moving here, be aware that both health and sanitation concerns are not handled responsibly.

I just stayed there for a few weeks... The place it's incredible also the people that is in charge. Savannah and Thomas are incredible people they helped me in everything that they can. The apartments are so quiet, the pool amazing I don't have any problem, the maintenance so fast. I really recommend this place. It's near to downtown, Infront of the apartments is a bus stop that goes to downtown, and HEB near, chase bank and other places, the river is near so you can go walking and enjoy a good time.
