Hanover Brazos Street has been an incredible place to live so far. The building is upscale and the concierge, maintenance and leasing teams (especially Jon!) have been phenomenal. They’re responsive, professional and always genuinely helpful. Everything feels thoughtfully done and well maintained here. It’s an elevated living experience for sure. The location of the building is also unbeatable being in the heart of downtown Austin. Very happy that I made the decision to call this building my home.

I have lived at Hanover Brazos for almost a year now. My experience has been consistently excellent, largely due to the outstanding management team. They are professional, kind, and incredibly quick to address any issues I’ve had. Their communication is transparent and clear and they respond promptly. The entire staff is truly committed to maintaining an exceptional living environment. I highly recommend Hanover Brazos to anyone searching for an impeccably maintained place to live.

I had an amazing experience working with Jon at the Hanover Brazos Street leasing office. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Jon walked me through every detail of the community’s incredible amenities. He also showed me several options with stunning views, and his patience and attention to what I was looking for really stood out. I absolutely loved living here! The building is amazing and feels very private. Perfect location, gorgeous views, and truly luxury amenities. The staff are all friendly and work really hard to keep the building clean and maintained. The management team Kaitlin and Jon are both so kind and responsive. They handle the smallest to biggest requests like top priorities. The concierge are always welcoming, friendly faces to arrive home to. Thank you Hanover team for a wonderful stay. I will miss calling this place home.
