Just signed our second lease because of our overall good experience at Crestview. Unfortunately cannot give it 5 stars due to the constant car break ins within the community garage. There aren’t cameras on every floor and management has refused to install cameras or increase security.

I really liked my first year living here, but then when it came time to resign they were not timely at all which is especially frustrating as I had followed up and communicated my timing restrictions repeatedly. I was told several times that I would receive the documents for resigning by certain dates and never did so I kept having to reach out until the last possible second. It’s like I was bothering them to do work when I’m the one who’s giving them business… it was not an enjoyable experience. The water outages are SO inconvenient if you’re home. They shut the water off for the entire day for 1-3 days a month, and while they do give you a heads up I still think the sheer number of times this happens makes it ridiculous. There have been several issues in the parking garage with cars getting broken into, a car getting completely crashed into, and the lights not working for a period of time. What I don’t understand is why management won’t just install cameras throughout the garage for the safety and peace of mind of their residents. This is the thing that probably frustrates me the most because less, if any, cars would get broken into if there were cameras… but since there are none it’s like they are making it easier for people to get away with these crimes. I love the location and the apartment itself is great with maintenance responding to requests relatively quickly, but there are other issues that keep coming up that make me question if I’ll resign when my lease is up.

Lived here for a year and a half and have had a great experience living here. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this has been my favorite and top experience so far. Management actually cares about the property and the residents enjoyability while living here. I've enjoyed all the residents events that they host. Another plus is no valet trash and package lockers instead of fetch (apparently they did briefly go to fetch, but the residents hated it, so they listened and went back to lockers). I workout late and I see the security guard walking around the property every night. So they don't skimp on that either. Just read someone complained about water being out "all" the time. To be fair, it's not all the time, I think the 1.5 years I've been here, it's 6 times, with management giving as much notice as possible. The water outage is due to the apartment being built across the street, so it's but really their fault. Twice it was for maintenance. If it wasn't for unforseen life circumstances, I would've renewed with this complex, no second thoughts. Management have been flexible in working with me to timing my move. I cannot recommend this complex enough, that is all.

One thing that has really exceeded my expectations is how well maintained and peaceful the community is. The management team is responsive and the environment feels safe and comfort---it truly feels like home. I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping everything running smoothly!

Great place to live! One thing that I absolutely love about living here are the secured gates and garages! I feel happy knowing that my car is safe and that the hallways are safe from vandalism and harm. Where we lived before we saw people that did not belong to complex walking the halls stealing packages using our bathrooms and breaking into our cars. Sometimes I have to leave early in the morning before daybreak but I feel happy knowing I'm behind locked gates. This is very important to me since my car and my neighbors car have been broken into and damaged at another complex. Also this is a smoke free environment. This also means a lot to me since we have allergies and asthma. This is a definite plus for us! I have recommended Crestview to my friends and hope to see them soon. Monica and Frankie
